Rakoski & Ross, P.C. was founded in 1990 and, since its founding, has offered its clients legal advice and representation symbolized by the renovated historic Federal structure that serves as our main office. Like our office, our practice is rooted in tradition and shaped by the best of today to offer personal contact and service to our clients.

Representing insurance carriers, municipalities, large self-insured entities such as department stores, automobile manufacturers, and pharmaceutical chains as well as small- and medium-sized corporations and individuals, Rakoski & Ross has a diversified general practice. We specialize in civil litigation in the state and federal courts of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, particularly in the fields of personal injury, workers' compensation, product liability, general negligence liability, insurance law, medical malpractice, commercial construction, and employment matters. We also provide legal services for estate planning, real estate matters and family law, including divorce. Additionally, both Mr. Rakoski and Mr. Ross have extensive experience as mediators and arbitrators, having both been appointed as federal arbitrators for the United States District Court of New Jersey and as arbitrators in the state court system.
